Ludlow Rotary Club again organized the popular Ludlow Dog Day, which took place on Sunday 23rd July 2017. Over 3,000 visitors – and a fair number of dogs – took advantage of the sunshine. There were light hearted competitions for dogs to enter, demonstrations of canine skills and agility, an opportunity for some recreational shopping at a variety of stalls offering countryside and doggie products and plenty to eat and drink.
This was the fourth year of this popular event, held as before in the grounds of Stokesay Court, a magnificent Edwardian country house which was one of the first private houses in England to be lit by electricity. Visitors had the opportunity to visit the house and we are very grateful to the owner of Stokesay Court for her continuing support for this event.
Judging by the emails we have received, our visitors enjoyed themselves. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday July 22nd 2018!

“Thanks for having us! The girls loved it, they had lots of fun and enjoyed the day. I think the highlight for them was playing around with the Blood hounds towards the end of the day. We all had a great day thanks again.”
“I am writing to congratulate you and your team on a wonderful Dog Day on Sunday.
